Privacy Policy for DevCache Pilot

DevCache Pilot is a local-only macOS developer cache cleanup utility.

Data Collection

DevCache Pilot does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit personal data.

Local File Access

DevCache Pilot asks the user to grant folder access through the standard macOS folder picker. This access is used only to scan and clean selected developer cache folders on the user's Mac.

The app scans only user-granted folders and cleans only strict whitelisted cache paths after user confirmation.

The app does not upload file names, paths, disk information, logs, analytics, diagnostics, or any other data to any server.

Network Use

DevCache Pilot does not use network services and does not send data anywhere.

Logs

Cleanup logs are stored locally on the user's Mac. Logs are not transmitted to the developer or any third party.

Third Parties

DevCache Pilot does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or external data collection services.
